Terms & Conditions
Effective 1 November 2026
1.1 The M+Global Headstart Campaign ("Campaign") is organised by Malacca Securities Sdn. Bhd. ("MSEC") through the M+Global platform.
1.2 The Campaign will run from 1 November 2026, 12:00 AM (Malaysia Time) to 30 November 2026, 11:59 PM (Malaysia Time), both dates inclusive ("Campaign Period"), or such other period as may be determined by MSEC.
1.3 By participating in the Campaign, an Eligible User agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, the applicable M+Global Client Agreement, account terms and other applicable terms governing the user's M+Global trading account.
1.4 In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any promotional material, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
2.1 The Campaign is open to all new users and existing M+Global users who have not funded their account prior to 1 November 2026 ("Eligible User"):
(a) has or successfully opens an eligible M+Global trading account;
(b) maintains the M+Global trading account in good standing at the time MSEC validates eligibility and fulfils the Campaign Reward;
(c) completes the Qualifying Funding described in Clause 3; and
(d) complies with these Terms and Conditions and all applicable account terms.
2.2 For the avoidance of doubt, an existing M+Global user who registered or opened an account before the Campaign Period remains eligible, provided that no successful funding was made into the account prior to 1 November 2026.
2.3 Accounts opened, classified or maintained under a remisier/agent ('Remisier Account') are not eligible.
2.4 Employees, directors, representatives, agents are not eligible to participate in this Campaign.
2.5 MSEC may disqualify a user whose account is closed, suspended, frozen, restricted, not in good standing, or is associated with suspected fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, manipulative or bad-faith conduct in relation to the Campaign or any MSEC product or service.
2.6 Each Eligible User may receive a maximum of one (1) Campaign Reward under this Campaign.
3.1 "Qualifying Funding" means the Eligible User's first successful deposit into the eligible M+Global trading account during the Campaign Period, as recorded in MSEC's systems, subject to validation.
3.2 The first successful Qualifying Funding determines the applicable reward tier. Subsequent top-ups will not be aggregated to move the Eligible User to a higher tier.
3.3 Failed, rejected, reversed, refunded, third-party or otherwise invalid funding transactions will not qualify.
3.4 Eligibility and allocation are determined based on MSEC's records, including the timestamp at which the Qualifying Funding is successfully recorded, subject to the applicable campaign cap and validation.
3.5 To remain eligible for a Campaign Reward, the Eligible User must maintain at least the applicable qualifying funding threshold in the M+Global account for thirty (30) consecutive calendar days from the date of the successful Qualifying Funding ("Holding Period").
3.6 If, at any time during the Holding Period, any withdrawal, transfer or other movement of funds causes the account balance to fall below the applicable qualifying funding threshold, the Eligible User will cease to qualify for the Campaign Reward.
3.7 Market movements in securities purchased using the deposited funds will not, by themselves, affect the Holding Period requirement, provided the qualifying funds remain within the M+Global account.
| Qualifying Funding | Campaign Reward | Maximum recipients |
|---|---|---|
| First Deposit of RM1,000 to RM4,999.99 | RM50 cash reward | First 1,400 validated Eligible Users |
| First Deposit of RM5,000 and above | 1 board lot of Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad (ABMB: 2488) | First 60 validated Eligible Users |
4.1 The two reward tiers are mutually exclusive. An Eligible User who qualifies for the ABMB share reward will not also receive the RM50 cash reward.
4.2 Campaign Rewards are available on a first-come-first-served basis and are subject to the respective caps stated above. Submission of a funding transaction does not guarantee a Campaign Reward until eligibility has been validated by MSEC.
4.3 The ABMB reward is fixed at 1 board lot. Any monetary value displayed in campaign materials is indicative only, may be based on a stated reference price/date, and may differ from the market value when the shares are credited or thereafter.
4.4 The market price of ABMB shares may rise or fall. The Campaign Reward does not represent a guaranteed return and does not constitute a recommendation or solicitation by MSEC to buy, sell or hold ABMB shares.
5.1 RM50 cash reward: the reward will be credited to the Eligible User's M+Global’s Trading Account within 7 working days after successful completion of the Holding Period, subject to validation.
5.2 ABMB share reward: 1 board lot of ABMB shares will be credited/transferred to the Eligible User's eligible securities/CDS account within 7 working days after successful completion of the Holding Period, subject to validation.
5.3 Campaign Rewards are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for another reward.

9.1 Participation in the Campaign and receipt of a Campaign Reward do not constitute investment advice, an offer, recommendation or solicitation to buy, sell or hold any security.
9.2 Investments involve risk. The price and value of securities may rise or fall and investors may sustain losses. Past performance is not indicative of future performance.
9.3 Any reference to the monetary value of the ABMB share reward is for illustration only and is subject to market fluctuation.

11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, MSEC will not be responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including system, telecommunications, market infrastructure or third-party service interruptions.
11.2 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
11.3 MSEC is not responsible for unauthorized third-party misstatements about the Campaign. Users should refer to M+Global's official channels and these Terms and Conditions.
