1. General and Campaign Period

1.1 The M+Global x CITICSM Warrant Campaign ("Campaign") is organised by Malacca Securities Sdn. Bhd. ("MSEC") and CITIC Securities Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. through the M+Global platform.

Note: For the purposes of this Campaign, "CITICSM" and "CITIC Securities Malaysia Sdn. Bhd." shall have the same meaning and refer to the same entity.

1.2 The Campaign will run from 2 November 2026, 12:00 AM (Malaysia Time) to 31 January 2027, 11:59 PM (Malaysia Time), both dates inclusive ("Campaign Period"), or such other period as may be determined by MSEC. The Qualifying Warrant Trade must be executed within the Campaign Period. Qualifying Follow-up Trades may be executed up to 15 February 2027, 11:59 PM (Malaysia Time), as stated in Clause 3.2.

1.3 By participating in the Campaign, an Eligible User agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, the applicable M+Global Client Agreement, account terms and other applicable terms governing the user's M+Global trading account.

1.4 In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any promotional material, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

2. Eligibility

2.1 The Campaign is open to both new and existing individual M+Global clients, namely (a) existing clients, being individuals who successfully registered an M+Global Trading Account before the Campaign Period; and (b) new clients, being individuals who successfully registered an M+Global Trading Account during the Campaign Period ("Eligible User").

2.2 Each Eligible User must:

(a) maintain the M+Global account in good standing at the time MSEC validates eligibility and credits the Campaign Reward;

(b) complete the relevant qualifying actions described in Clause 3 within the timelines stated in Clause 3; and

(c) comply with these Terms and Conditions and all applicable account terms.

2.3 Corporate accounts and institutional clients are not eligible.

2.4 Individual trading accounts opened, classified or maintained under a remisier/agent are eligible.

2.5 Employees, directors of MSEC and/or their immediate family members are not eligible. For the avoidance of doubt, remisiers and agents of MSEC are eligible.

2.6 Users who are listed on the MSEC Event Participation Ban List at the relevant time are not eligible to participate.

2.7 MSEC may disqualify a user whose trading account is closed, suspended, frozen, restricted, not in good standing, or MSEC reasonably determines that the user has engaged in fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, manipulative or bad-faith conduct in relation to the Campaign or any MSEC product or service.

2.8 Each Eligible User may unlock the Campaign Reward once only, and may receive a maximum aggregated reward of RM100 under this Campaign.

3. Campaign Mechanics and Qualified Trades

3.1 Step 1 – Unlock. The Eligible User must execute a successful buy trade of any CITICSM structured warrant via the M+Global app during the Campaign Period ("Qualifying Warrant Trade"). There is no minimum trade amount, and both call and put warrants qualify. The Qualifying Warrant Trade must also meet the overnight holding requirement in Clause 3.4.

3.2 Step 2 – Trade. After completing the Qualifying Warrant Trade, the next four (4) successful buy trades executed by the Eligible User through the M+Global app for any securities listed on Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Malaysia") on or before 15 February 2027, 11:59 PM (Malaysia Time), shall each qualify as a "Qualifying Follow-up Trade". There is no minimum trade amount for a Qualifying Follow-up Trade. The maximum number of Qualifying Follow-up Trades eligible for the Campaign Reward is four (4).

3.3 The Qualifying Warrant Trade itself does not count as a Qualifying Follow-up Trade. Any buy trade executed before the Qualifying Warrant Trade does not qualify.

3.4 Overnight holding requirement. To unlock the Campaign Reward, the CITICSM structured warrants bought in the Qualifying Warrant Trade must be held overnight, meaning none of them are sold, in whole or in part, on the same trading day of Bursa Malaysia on which the buy trade was executed. The warrants may be sold from the next trading day onwards.

(a) This requirement applies only to the Qualifying Warrant Trade. It does not apply to Qualifying Follow-up Trades, including any CITICSM structured warrant bought as a Qualifying Follow-up Trade.

(b) Where a CITICSM structured warrant buy trade does not meet this requirement, the Campaign Reward will not be unlocked. The first subsequent CITICSM structured warrant buy trade that meets the requirement may qualify as the Qualifying Warrant Trade, subject to these Terms and Conditions.

(c) MSEC will validate compliance with the overnight holding requirement after the close of the relevant trading day, and any Campaign Reward is subject to such validation.

3.5 Only buy trades qualify. Sell trades do not count towards the Qualifying Warrant Trade or the Qualifying Follow-up Trades.

3.6 Each executed buy order counts as one (1) trade, regardless of whether it is filled in one or more executions. Orders that are unfilled, cancelled, rejected, reversed or otherwise not successfully executed will not qualify.

3.7 Eligibility and reward entitlement are determined based on MSEC's records, including the timestamp at which each trade is successfully executed, subject to validation.
