Terms & Conditions
Effective 1 November 2026
1.1 The M+Global x BBK Network Campaign ("Campaign") is organised by Malacca Securities Sdn. Bhd. ("MSEC") through the M+Global platform.
1.2 The Campaign is held in partnership with BBK Network, a Malaysian digital media platform. BBK Network and its representatives are not agents of MSEC and shall not provide any investment advice or recommendations, nor accept, collect or handle any client monies. All deposits must be made by users directly into their own M+Global accounts.
1.3 The Campaign will run from 1 November 2026, 12:00 AM (Malaysia Time) to 31 December 2026, 11:59 PM (Malaysia Time), both dates inclusive ("Campaign Period"), or such other period as may be determined by MSEC.
The participation period for each user type is as follows, subject to the Campaign Period above::

1.4 By participating in the Campaign, an Eligible User agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, the applicable M+Global Client Agreement, account terms and other applicable terms governing the user's M+Global trading account.
1.5 In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any promotional material, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
2.1 The Campaign is open to the following users during the Campaign Period ("Eligible User"):
(a) New User: who had not registered or opened an M+Global account before the Campaign Period and successfully opens an account using the invitation code BBK26 during the Campaign Period; or
(b) Existing User: who had registered or opened an M+Global account before the Campaign Period and completed a Qualifying Deposit at the BBK Network Offline Event on 15 November 2026 as described in Clause 3.
2.2 Each eligible user must:
(a) maintain the M+Global account in good standing at the time MSEC validates eligibility and fulfils the Campaign Reward;
(b) complete the relevant qualifying action described in Clause 3 during the Campaign Period; and
(c) comply with these Terms and Conditions and all applicable account terms.
2.3 For the avoidance of doubt, an individual who registered or opened an M+Global account before the Campaign Period shall be treated as an Existing User and is not eligible for the New User reward.
2.4 Accounts opened, classified or maintained under a remisier/agent ('Remisier Account') are not eligible.
2.5 Employees, directors, representatives, agents of MSEC and/or their immediate family members are not eligible.
2.6 MSEC may disqualify a user whose account is closed, suspended, frozen, restricted, not in good standing, or is associated with suspected fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, manipulative or bad-faith conduct in relation to the Campaign or any MSEC product or service.
2.7 Each Eligible User may receive a maximum of one (1) Campaign Reward under this Campaign.
3.1 New users must have successfully opened an M+Global account using the invitation code BBK26 during the Campaign Period. The invitation code must be entered during account opening.
3.2 Existing users must perform a single successful deposit of min. RM5,000 into the eligible M+Global account during the BBK Network Offline Event on 15 November 2026 and verified by MSEC representatives on-site ("Qualifying Deposit").
3.3 The Qualifying Deposit must be made by the user directly into the user’s M+Global account, via the funding methods available on the M+Global platform. MSEC representatives will not accept, collect or handle any cash, cheques or funds on behalf of users at the BBK Network Offline Event.
3.4 The RM5,000 threshold must be met in one single deposit. Multiple deposits or subsequent top-ups will not be aggregated to meet the threshold.
3.5 Failed, rejected, reversed, refunded, third-party or otherwise invalid funding transactions will not qualify.
3.6 Eligibility and allocation are determined based on MSEC's records, including the timestamp at which the account opening or Qualifying Deposit is successfully recorded, subject to the applicable campaign cap and validation.

4.2 Touch 'n Go ("TNG") Reload Pins are subject to the validity period and terms and conditions of TNG Digital Sdn. Bhd.
4.3 The invitation code BBK26 is exclusive to the M+Global x BBK Network Campaign and cannot be used in conjunction with any other invitation code or referral code. Only one (1) invitation code may be applied during account opening.
5.1 New Users who open an M+Global account using the invitation code BBK26 will receive the TNG Reload Pin, which will be sent via WhatsApp or Email to their registered mobile number or email address within seven (7) working days after successful account opening.
5.2 At BBK Network Offline Event, the TNG Reload Pin will be issued on-site, as verified by MSEC representatives, upon:
(a) successfully opening an M+Global account using the invitation code BBK26, for New Users; or (b) successfully performing a single deposit of min. RM5,000, for Existing Users.
New Users who receive the TNG Reload Pin on-site at the BBK Network Offline Event will not receive it again via WhatsApp/ Email.
5.3 Each TNG Reload Pin is valid for one-time use only and must be redeemed through the TNG eWallet app within its validity period. MSEC will not reissue or replace any TNG Reload Pin that has expired, been redeemed, lost or disclosed to any third party after it has been issued.
5.4 Campaign Rewards are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or another reward.

7.1 MSEC's transaction and account records will be used to determine campaign qualification, funding timestamp, reward tier and fulfilment status.
7.2 If MSEC subsequently determines that a user was not eligible, a reward was credited in error, or the user breached these Terms and Conditions, MSEC may refuse to credit, cancel, correct, adjust or reclaim the Campaign Reward, to the extent permitted by law and the applicable account terms.
7.3 Without limitation, MSEC may disqualify a user where MSEC reasonably determines that:
(a) the user has not complied with these Terms and Conditions or applicable account terms;
(b) the user has tampered with or attempted to manipulate the Campaign, eligibility process, device, account, funding transaction or reward process;
(c) the user has engaged in fraudulent, dishonest, unlawful, abusive or bad-faith conduct to obtain an unfair advantage;
(d) the funding transaction is reversed, invalid, not from an accepted source or otherwise fails MSEC's validation; or
(e) the account is suspended, restricted, terminated or otherwise not eligible for reward fulfilment.
8.1 MSEC reserves the right, subject to applicable laws, regulations and internal approvals, to amend, suspend, extend, withdraw or terminate the Campaign or these Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part.
9.1 Participation in the Campaign and receipt of a Campaign Reward do not constitute investment advice, an offer, recommendation or solicitation to buy, sell or hold any security.
9.2 Investments involve risk. The price and value of securities may rise or fall and investors may sustain losses. Past performance is not indicative of future performance.
10.1 Personal data will be collected, processed and used in accordance with MSEC's applicable privacy notice/policy and for purposes reasonably connected with administering, validating, fulfilling and communicating the Campaign.
10.2 Any use of a participant's name, image, video, testimonial or other content for publicity should be subject to the applicable consent and privacy requirements.
11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, MSEC will not be responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including system, telecommunications, market infrastructure or third-party service interruptions.
11.2 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
11.3 MSEC is not responsible for unauthorized third-party misstatements about the Campaign. Users should refer to M+Global's official channels and these Terms and Conditions.
12.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia and are subject to the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
12.2 If these Terms and Conditions are made available in another language and there is an inconsistency, the English version shall prevail.
12.3 These Terms and Conditions have not been reviewed by the Securities Commission Malaysia.
