1. What is this campaign about?

The M+Global x BBK Network Campaign is organised by Malacca Securities Sdn Bhd (MSEC). The campaign will run from 1 November 2026, 12:00 AM (Malaysia Time) to 31 December 2026, 11:59 PM (Malaysia Time), both dates inclusive, or for such other period as may be determined by MSEC.

Eligible users can receive a Touch 'n Go (TNG) Reload Pin by opening an M+Global account using the invitation code BBK26 (New Users) or by making a Qualifying Deposit at the BBK Network Offline Event on 15 November 2026 (Existing Users).

2. Am I eligible?

The campaign is open to new and existing users.

• New Users who successfully open an M+Global account using the code BBK26 during the Campaign Period.
• Existing Users who make a single deposit of min. RM5,000 at the BBK Network Offline Event on 15 November 2026.

4. When and how will I receive my TNG Reload Pin after completing the qualifying action?

• New Users: Your pin will be sent to your registered mobile number (WhatsApp) or email address within seven (7) working days after successful account opening. Should you open an M+Global account at the BBK Network Offline Event, you will receive on-site.
• Existing Users: Your pin will be issued on-site at the BBK Network Offline Event upon a single deposit of min. RM5,000.

5. How do I use the invitation code BBK26?

You are required to enter BBK26 on the Contact Information page when you open your M+Global account.

6. Can I enter the invitation code BBK26 after opening my account?

The code must be entered during account opening and cannot be applied afterwards.

7. Can I use BBK26 together with another invitation code?

No. The code BBK26 is exclusive to this campaign and cannot be combined with any other campaign or referral code, as only one (1) code can be applied during account opening. For example, if you open an account using BBK26, you cannot enter a friend’s referral code, and vice versa.

8. Can I make multiple deposits to qualify for the RM50 TNG Reload Pin?

The RM5,000 must be made in a single deposit at the BBK Network Offline Event on 15 November 2026. Multiple deposits or top-ups will not be considered.

9. Is the RM50 TNG Reload Pin available for deposits made outside BBK Network Offline Events?

The RM50 TNG Reload Pin is exclusively for deposits made at the BBK Network Offline Event on 15 November 2026.

10. Do I need to trade or maintain my deposit for a certain period to qualify for the rewards?

No trading activity or minimum holding period is required. However, the deposit must be successful and must not be rejected, reversed or invalidated.

11. Can I participate in other M+Global campaigns?

Yes, you may participate in the M+Global Headstart Campaign, subject to its reward availability.

12. How do I redeem my TNG Reload Pin?

To redeem your pin, open the TNG eWallet app, select Reload, choose Reload PIN, and enter your pin. Each pin can be redeemed only once and must be redeemed within its validity period.
